Refund Policy

This Refund Policy will take effect when paid services launch. During the pre-launch waitlist period, no payment is taken and nothing is owed — joining the waitlist or claiming a founding spot is free.

1. Evaluation fees (from launch)

[Counsel to finalize.] Planned position: an evaluation fee is refundable within [X days] of purchase provided no trade has been placed on the evaluation account. Once trading begins, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law, because the service (access to the simulated evaluation) has been delivered.

2. Founding membership (from launch)

[Counsel to finalize.] Planned position: the first founding-membership charge occurs only at launch, after advance notice. Members may cancel before their first charge at no cost. After a charge, cancellation stops future billing; the current period remains active until it ends. Note that a lapsed membership forfeits the founding rate.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory cooling-off or refund rights in your jurisdiction, including applicable consumer-protection law in [Governing law & jurisdiction].

4. How to request a refund
