When you join the waitlist or claim a founding spot we collect: your email address; your consent record (checkbox value and timestamp); signup metadata including IP address, browser user-agent, and UTM campaign parameters; and a referral code (yours, and the code of anyone who referred you). We do not collect payment information during pre-launch.

2. Purpose and lawful basis

We process this data to operate the waitlist, contact you about launch, prevent abuse (rate limiting, honeypot and duplicate detection), and measure marketing performance. The lawful bases are your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing a pre-launch service.

3. Storage and processors

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Neon). If a welcome email is enabled, the email is delivered via Resend. These processors act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention and your rights

Waitlist data is retained until launch onboarding completes or you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data — email support@vexorfund.com. Where GDPR/CCPA applies, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

5. Cookies and analytics

The pre-launch site uses only strictly necessary storage and no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated first.
